Made for you, backed by us

Every HALO is made to order in solid 14k gold and set by hand, which means yours doesn't exist until you order it. HALO is made to match the exact size of your Oura Ring, so when you order, you can be confident in the fit.

24-hour grace period

Changed your mind? Cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, your HALO enters production.

14-day exchange

If your HALO arrives and something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to exchange it or take store credit. Pieces must be unworn and in their original packaging. Because each piece is made to order, we don't offer cash refunds after the 24-hour window, but we will make it right. Email hello@halo.jewelry to start an exchange.

1-year craftsmanship warranty

For one year from delivery, we stand behind the making of your HALO. If a manufacturing defect appears, contact us at hello@halo.jewelry to coordinate return shipping. Once we receive your HALO, we'll assess whether the issue is standard wear and tear or a true manufacturing defect. If it's our fault, we repair or replace it free, with insured shipping both ways.

Upgrade Program

When your Oura Ring changes, your HALO can change too. When you upgrade from Oura Ring 4 to Oura Ring 5, exchange your HALO and receive $250 credit toward your Ring 5 HALO. Here's how it works: purchase your new Ring 5 HALO, email hello@halo.jewelry, and we'll send you a shipping label. Once we receive and verify your Ring 4 HALO, we'll issue a $250 credit to the card you used for your Ring 5 purchase. Your returned HALO must be in reasonable condition, with gold and diamonds intact and free of significant damage. Future upgrade programs will be announced with each new Oura generation.

Important notes

HALO is designed to come off when your workout begins. Your Oura tracks the effort; your HALO is for everything after. Damage from athletic use, impact, or wear and tear isn't covered under warranty. HALO sizes correspond to Oura Ring sizes; please confirm your Oura size before ordering.

HALO is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oura Health Oy. We can't help with returns or replacement of your Oura Ring.
